1. Relationship. You (the Partner) refer and/or serve clients within the Banco
ecosystem. Banco coordinates and refers; it does not process MM2H visa applications,
which are handled only by licensed MM2H agents.

2. Partner = client owner. You keep the client relationship. You share the client as a
resource and use Banco's system to coordinate services. This is stated in every agreement.

3. Commission. You are paid a tier commission on gross MM2H commission per your assigned
tier, subject to a minimum floor of RM 300 per applicant on any external payout. Rates and
tier are shown in your dashboard and may be adjusted by Banco for future deals only.

4. Paid on cash received. All payouts unlock only after Banco records the client's payment.
The engine calculates and proposes; a Banco founder approves every payout. Nothing pays out
automatically.

5. Affiliate override. Where you own a client relationship, you may earn an override on
Banco's net commission from ecosystem services that client consumes, within the stated
window shown in your dashboard.

6. Data & conduct. You will handle client personal data lawfully (PDPA 2010) and will not
misrepresent Banco or any licensed partner. Banco may pause or offboard partners for cause.

If a deal on which you were paid is later rejected, refunded, or reversed, the
corresponding commission is clawed back. Banco records a reversing (negative) ledger entry
for the affected lines. Where possible, the reversal is offset against your future pending
payouts; otherwise the balance is recoverable. Original ledger entries are never deleted —
reversals are always new, auditable entries. Exact recovery terms may be refined in writing;
this clause establishes that clawback applies.
